This Peach Cobbler Cake is tender and soft with pieces of fresh, locally grown peaches throughout. It’s equally at home for breakfast or for dessert. a great way to enjoy a little bit of summery goodness! Instead of eggs we use Unsweetened apple sauce but it looks and tastes delicious!!!
