Using Whole Wheat Flour and Wheatgerm, this is an original recipe from the West of Ireland. It has a lovely thick crust and is perfect with butter and jam!!

Ingredients: Buttermilk (Cultured Milk, Vitamin D3), Whole Wheat Flour, Flour (Enriched Wheat Flour [Niacin, Reduced Iron Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid], Malted Barley Flour), Eggs, Canola Oil, Toasted Wheat Germ (Wheat Germ, Vitamin E Acetate, Vitamin A Palmitate, Folic Acid), Baking Soda, Salt.
