Naturally Dairy-Free, we use a blend of Cassava Flour and Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free Flours. The Walnuts combined with soft, fresh strawberries is a delicious, if unusual mix. It tastes fantastic toasted & served with butter (but doesn’t everything really?) & has a lovely soft texture.
