Naturally Dairy-Free, we use a blend of Cassava Flour and Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free Flours.  The crushed Pineapple makes this so moist you can eat it all day long! With the crunchiness of the walnuts this is a perfect summery loaf. Try it with a glass of Iced Tea for the perfect treat!!!

Baking Flour (Sweet White Rice Flour, Whole Grain Brown Rice Flour, Potato Starch, Whole Grain Sweet White Sorghum Flour, Tapioca Flour, Xanthan Gum), Cassava Flour, Canola Oil, Eggs, Walnuts, Salt, Baking Powder (Corn Starch, Baking Soda, Sodium Aluminum Sulfate, Monocalcium Phosphate), Baking Soda, Cinnamon, Nutmeg.
