Naturally dairy free and mixing some traditional Irish baking and local pumpkins to see what would happen!!! This is a Vegan version that uses Unsweetened Applesauce instead of eggs!!! With fingers & toes crossed, we came up with this winner. The flavor of the pumpkin & spices is brought out by the Stout & we added some Pumpkin Seeds to seal the deal! We hope you enjoy it!
