Coconut & Chocolate Plantain Cake - Gluten Free


We use a mix of Cassava Flour and Bob's Red Mill 1-to-1 Baking Flour. Who said you can’t make a cake from Plantains?? Ripened Plantains are creamy, tropical, and sweet with hints of caramel and perfectly compliment the sweetened coconut. And the Chocolate??…. well, that’s just gravy!!!!
