Naturally Dairy-Free, we use a blend of Cassava Flour and Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free Flours. This has multiple layers of moist, mildly spiced cake, flecked with carrot and raisins. This is a seasonal favorite that’s great with cream cheese and a cuppa tea!!
