Blackberry Lemon-Zest Cake - Gluten Free


We use a blend of Cassava Flour and Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free Flours. 

Big, ripe Blackberries and just the perfect amount of freshly grated Lemon zest and squeezed lemon juice make this the perfect Spring time treat. The sharpness of the blackberries contrast with the lemon flavor and we think you will love it.
