Toasted Coconut & Walnut Carrot Cake
Naturally dairy-free, this is a real Southern tradition. Ours has a healthy dose of Ginger and Cloves and a handful of Walnuts to give a lovely creamy flavor to the moist carrot!! Add some cream cheese just to be a little decadent!!! Enjoy!!!!
