Toasted Coconut & Walnut Carrot Cake - Gluten Free


Naturally dairy-free, this is a real Southern tradition, but using a blend of Cassava Flour and Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free Flours. Ours has a healthy dose of Ginger and Cloves and a handful of Walnuts to give a lovely creamy flavor!!  Add some cream cheese just to be a little decadent!!! Enjoy!!!!
