Growing up in Eireann, Ireland, my mother taught me the art of 'Traditional Irish Baking'. Now, here in America, I have continued the family legacy teaching my two boys and lovely daughter the secrets of the family trade.
Traditional Irish baking recipes such as ours are still used every day throughout Ireland. Today we still combine the best local ingredients and hand bake each item to bring a little taste of Eireann to you here in the States! We don’t just hand bake Old Irish Recipes either. Our recipes include lots of local and American favorites such as Classic Zucchini Breads, Lemon Zucchini Bread, Banana Breads, Toasted Coconut & Walnut Carrot Cake, and many more.
We are also very proud to have been able to successfully convert many of our recipes into Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, Vegan, Sugar-Free, and Nut-Free Recipes that are incredibly delicious as well. Honestly, they’re so good they would even fool my Mother! We also go to great lengths to ensure that each is stored and created in isolated work areas to eliminate the chances of introducing unwanted ingredients into our specialty products. Plainly put, we take food sensitivities very seriously.
