Traditional Irish Brown Soda Bread - Vegan

Who first had the idea of using ‘soda’ to leaven bread? NOPE, NOT THE IRISH!!! Centuries ago, Native Americans used ‘Potash’ to raise their breads!! Then we made it our own before and after the time of the Great Famine in the Mid 1800’s. This Vegan version is made with real Rice milk, but tasted the exact same!!
Ingredients: Whole Wheat Flour, Rice Milk (Filtered Water, Organic Brown Rice, Organic Expeller Pressed Canola Oil and/or Organic Safflower Oil and/or Organic Sunflower Oil, Tricalcium Phosphate, Sea Salt, Vitamin A Palmitate, Vitamin D2, Vitamin B12), Baking Soda, Lemon Juice (Water, Concentrated Lemon Juice, Sodium Metabisulfite, Sodium Benzoate, Lemon Oil.), Salt.
